As a part of International DiscipleshipTraining (IDT), Steve is involved with ministering to the missionaries and their needs which includes: building and obtaining housing, repairs and all construction and maintenance of facilities. Healso leads mens prayer at the mission, is an elder in the church and will be leading a home fellowship for missionaries. Kathy is involved with the women's ministry in the migrant camps and Triqui Indian village. She also does the women missionary Bible study. As a couple, they have headed up summer of service programs for incoming teams, leading short-term teams in housebuilds, and are available to care for abandoned babies.
